Throughout the project, we deployed custom conveyors and equipment by using: ⚙️ Roach Conveyors ⚙️ Daifuku-Jervis Webb ⚙️ Southworth & ⚙️ Allen-Bradley. Our customer needed an integrator to supply a turnkey package for the assembly line and installation. The product is a high end built-in refrigerator. The assembly line starts with build-up of the components (cabinet, liner, doors, etc.), marrying into one assembly, foaming , final assembly, testing & packaging. The line will incorporate both gravity and powered roller/belt/drag chain conveyors, specialized automation equipment, automated guided vehicle (AGV) delivery unit, overhead enclosed track conveyor test equipment and PLC System Controls.
