Throughout the project, we used: ⚙️ Roach Conveyors ⚙️ Yaskawa Motoman ⚙️ Husky Safety Fencing & ⚙️ Allen Bradley PLC & Control Components. Our Customer required an automation solution to palletize totes of production parts. The automation cell supplied was a Robotic Automation Cell that could palletize up to three sizes of totes on one of two stations. The target cycle time for palletizing was less than 20 seconds, with the quantity of totes ranging from 20 to 60 depending on the tote size. Total Tote weight could range from 10 to 40 lbs.
